- US shippings: from August 29th 2025, the "de minimis" exemption for goods under 800$ declared value is unfortunately over. According to the new tariffs policy of the country, import taxes and customs duties may apply.
Please, note that Floca will not be liable for any international taxes or duties.
Orders will be only shipped during weekdays: from Monday to Friday
Those orders placed on weekend days, spanish public holidays or after 3pm during weekdays, will be processed the next working day.
While the order is being processed, you can make changes to your details and your order before submitting it. Once you have clicked on 'Complete order', you are bound by your order and you will then receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will contact you.

We deliver WORLDWIDE and different shipping costs will apply depending on the continent.
If you live in a remote area that is not listed on our website, we encourage you to reach us by email so we can try to arrange a delivery to where you are.

Free shipping is automatically added when you place your order in case the order amount meets the terms for free shipping.
Sales periods may result in longer delivery times than usual.
All deliveries require a signature on arrival. A friend or family member can sign for you.
All orders are processed in chronological order. We cannot offer deliveries on a specific day or time.
Should your delivery be delayed, we cannot be held liable.
