From farmer to garment
This cardigan is made of a special worsted wool yarn exclusively made for Floca by Martí and his team in his family-run spinning mill in Barcelona. We selected high quality Spanish wool from our merino sheeps that graze in the meadows everyday. Most of them practice "trasterminancia" or its bigger sister transhumance, which has enormous ecological value and is considered UNESCO intangible cultural Heritage since 2023.
Sheeps are treated with care by our traditional shepherds. They are respectfully sheared and not harmed at any time of the process. This wool is sturdy, structured and has a classic wool touch that softens incredibly with time and use. Breton stripes blue&white, knitted in fisherman's rib stitch, Raya cardigan feels like a real hug; it is extremely fluffy and breathable; a real staple piece to wear all year round.
It has been designed in a loose fit for extra comfort and it perfectly suits different body shapes while keeping you stylish and feeling completely relaxed in it. As all of our knits, Raya cardigan is very versatile and it can be worn with anything on your wardrobe: jeans, trousers, skirts and specially dresses, due to its loose bottom shape.

Hand wash in cold water with soap for delicates. Lay flat to dry.
